I
have two grown daughters and one-step son and, three wonderful Grandchildren. I
am employed for the United States Postal Service, and one weekend a month I
belong to the Indiana Air National Guard. In my spare time, I do web page
designing.
My first Siberian husky was purchase by my daughter (Denice) for
$40.00 she named him
Zack, a Black & White
with blue eyes of course.
(Zack was hit by a car 1982). It took me until 1989 before I decided
to get another Husky. We were going of course to buy a Black & White with Blue eyes,
than I saw this all white puppy and decide this is what I wanted we named her
Sheena , she was
my Queen, Sheena passed away Oct 2, 2004, than in 1990 I bought
Safari
the best friend you could ever
have.
I studied Safari's Pedigree, there were several champions in it, so
I research it, and decided I wanted to start showing. I started obedience
training first with Sheena, Safari, and Kahana, and later with Nashoba, so now I
have more than two Siberians. After that, I decide to attend a puppy match with
Sheena and Safari, this is when I found out they were not show Siberians. I
decided to buy a show puppy and bought Nashoba, from Carol Thomas,
Nashoba passed away Sept 21, 2004.
I attended my first show here in Terre Haute, IN with Nashoba and
the rest is history. I bought Sonnie from Carol & Doug Himes "(Cadohi's) and
than June Striplin gave me Mata (Sno-Strips). I have now several home bred
Champions.
